4. Sources We Monitor

MentionMe scans publicly available content across the internet, including news websites, blogs, online publications, public reports, podcasts where transcripts are available, and major social media platforms. We do not access private accounts, private messages, or content behind authentication walls.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with vetted infrastructure providers under contract, or where required by law.

6. Retention

Profile and mention data are retained for the duration of your subscription plus a short grace period for restoration. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights

8. Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, role-based access controls and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours protected.
