1. Agreement
By using MentionMe (the "Service"), a product operated by NGO Gabriel, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MentionMe provides AI-assisted monitoring of online sources including news, blogs, publications, public reports, social media platforms and other publicly available content on the internet. Alerts and dashboards are provided for your personal or organisational awareness.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, keywords, and contact information you provide. You must safeguard any credentials issued to you and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use MentionMe only for lawful purposes. You may not use it to harass individuals, scrape data we do not provide, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, or resell access without written permission.
5. Billing and Cancellation
Plans are billed annually unless otherwise agreed. You may cancel renewal at any time before the next billing cycle. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Content and Accuracy
Mentions are surfaced from third party sources. While we use AI to maximise relevance, MentionMe does not guarantee completeness or accuracy of any individual mention. You remain responsible for any decisions made based on the data.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, design assets, and documentation comprising the Service are the property of NGO Gabriel. Aggregated mention content remains the property of its respective publishers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NGO Gabriel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the dashboard at least fourteen days before they take effect.
